• We use our database of measurements to create a job sheet specific for your van and your order.

We assume a mattress depth of 15cm/6inches if not told otherwise in the notes section at checkout

• We order the appropriate products (if not held in stock)
• Your order is cut in our cutting room
• Your order enters the sewing room to be handcrafted by our expert seamstresses.
• As soon as it's complete it is shipped and tracking information is sent to you via email.
